Milan, May 2019. The Maldives, a symbol of the beauty but also of the vulnerability of our planet, is the backdrop of the new Yamamay Summer Collection 2019. The brand, with the shots for this campaign, besides presenting the new summer collection, aims to bear witness to the need to look after the ocean, raising awareness among its clients.
This commitment to the sea is in Yamamay’s DNA; it supports the One Ocean Foundation, sharing its mission and the “Charta Smeralda” Code of Ethics and it demonstrates this commitment also in the development of its product lines.
A colourful, feminine collection. The 4 models chosen to interpret the collection, Greta, Zaina, Sheila and Claudia, were photographed at different times of the day of a typical girly holiday by the sea, wearing elegant and feminine items.
One-piece bathing suits, bikinis and trikinis, enriched with laces, plunging necklines, contrasting details, asymmetries and intertwined fabrics: many models that adapt to all shapes and types of holiday.
Fluo colours, all-over floral or geometrical prints such as stripes but also many simple and basic models: a variety that is difficult to resist. Red, orange, coral pink, turquoise and blue besides the timeless black and white for a collection that celebrates the beauty of summer and its colours.
To complete the collection, jumpsuits, dresses, tops and trousers in light, colourful fabrics.
Moreover, continuing the brand’s environmental sustainability awareness raising campaign, for the Summer collection Yamamay has developed an ‘Eco Vibes’ product line, made from ecological materials.
